  The staff at Southtowns Gastroenterology are really great! I called the office for some reassurance after a procedure and they got right back to me and walked me through what to expect and encouraged me to call back at any time if I wasn't feeling better. I can't say enough about the NP, Elaine. Wow, I've never had a provider spend that much time listening to my concerns and giving me possible solutions without judgment. Elaine sincerely cares about her patients. I was on the fence about coming here because I live on Grand Island and this a good distance to drive, but it's totally worth it. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
