  I requested that the technician call me about 10 minutes before arrival because I am not located at the service address. Its amazing how many companies can't quite do this. They often show up and leave a note that nobody was home. Chad called me 10 minutes before and I met him at the property. Good sign. He was prompt and friendly. He quickly got down to business cleaning the furnace as requested. I informed him that the my tenant had complained about not getting enough heat and needing to turn the thermostat up very high. He quickly diagnosed some possible reasons and we decided to replace the ignitor, which was due to be replaced and upgrade the thermostat, which was from the 70s. Great service at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Twin Heating again. Thanks Chad.
