  It was terrible. When I first walked in I was impressed by the appearance, and it smelled amazing. She went to go wash my hair and wasn't even paying attention to washing my hair. It was like someone rinsed it and that's it. She starts cutting my hair and it's just really sketchy. She doesn't talk, and it's just really weird. I told her to cut off 2 and a half inches. She cut off like 4. I've been crying since I got home. And don't even want to leave the house. I am embarrassed and so dissapointed in bangs!
